The Kooks are an Indie Rock band originating from Brighton, England. They formed "On a whim" during university and after just three months of performing at local gigs were signed to Virgin Records. After producing electrifying songs such as 'Naive' and 'She Moves In Her Own Way' the band stormed into the mainstream, where they went onto win Best UK & Ireland Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2006.
